- Self pay or out of pocket payment for patient without insurances.
All co-payments and deductibles are due at the time of the visit.
We are legally required to collect all co-payents and deductibles to avoid a breach of our contract with all the healthcare companies.
If you have medicare you are required to pay your annual deductibles and the 20{605174c7bc0f86be32a4724d18b63c78d01849ad9ecbf9608338f33bf1d70231} balance of medicare charges either through your secondary insurance or out of pocket.
